Tim Hortons - Lower Sackville

I visited this restaurant twice yesterday, December 7, 2021, and both times I utilized the drive-thru. The first visit was excellent with pleasant staff, accurate order, and easy use of my Tim's app, making for a wonderful experience. However, my second visit three hours later was disappointing as I ordered a medium iced coffee but was charged for a large one. Additionally, the employee refused to scan my app, claiming that Tim's was no longer allowing it. Despite this inconvenience, the staff member remained friendly throughout the interaction, and I decided to laugh it off and continue on my way.
