Burger King - Lowell

Terrible service, even when no one is in line it takes almost ten minutes to get cold food.They are never open in the morning for breakfast and they stole my money and didn't refund my last purchase even though the store wasn't even open when I tried to go.Avoid at all costs!

I ask for a large fry and this is what they give me. The fries were lukewarm also. So careless.

They didn't get my order correct, no napkins and no straw. Very disappointed with the service and a waste of my money, I couldn't eat the food.

The gal was awesome who took our order...I want to thank her for being so nice..

I have been coming for a few weeks now. My kids loving playing in the playland. The service is awesome. The food is always fresh and hot.
