The locally sourced foods along with the excellent wine pairings made for quite the enjoyable dining experience. No detail was spared from the different china for each course to the beautiful, edible flowers adorning the different plates. The waiter described each course with great knowledge and enthusiasm. The water glass was never empty and neither was the majestic view. If you are looking for a unique, relaxing, and enjoyable dining experience with first rate farm to table cuisine, look no further. Great food, creative, fresh great service, but very expensive. Inflexible on tasting menu choices, even for seemingly minor substitutions within the menu choices. But truly is an experience.

This was the best food my wife and I have ever had. The chef customized a menu for each of us. My wife was no dairy and pescatarian and I was no dairy and no red meat. When we arrived, there were printed menus for each of us, customized to our dietary restrictions. The food was tasty, and the presentation of each course was amazing. There were a LOT of courses, but each course was sufficiently small that we left feeling full but not stuffed. The food was unusual, and the wait staff did an amazing job of patiently explaining each part of each course after putting it on the table. The restaurant is at the top of a mountain, and the view is amazing. Since the weather was nice, we ate in the outdoor tent (everyone there chose the tent that night). There were fans at the perimeter which did a pretty good job of keeping bugs away. We did take a peek at the indoor dining room. It is virtually all glass, and is certainly a great option in colder weather. In addition to being the best food we ever had, this restaurant is also the second most expensive meal we have ever had. However, despite the hefty cost, we still walked away feeling it was worth it.

I'm in the restaurant business and it's hard to impress me. This place was incredible. The thought that went into each course was hard to find at even 5 star restaurants. Well done to everyone that works there!

One of the best dining experiences of our lives! The food is like a journey across local farms and the view is incredible. Eating in a greenhouse and being welcomed by Beverly just makes it so much more special.
