Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Loves Park

It's been a while since I've been to Popeyes. I remember it was cut above other chicken joints. Not so much anymore, 2 similar experiences. Don't know if I'll give them another chance.

Food was great. Manager was very friendly and worked very hard. He definitely needs a raise!

I drove from rockton to this location because I have always been happy here but this time they put no gravy on the mashed, I also requested only dark meat and there was still white meat. Very disappointed I would have gladly waited for more chicken to come up. Completely ruined my experience. I won't be back.

If you have plans for anything else do not order from this place! I always place an online order ahead of time and every time I get there to pick it up I'm waiting a minimum of 20 minutes. Today I did an online order for drive thru just to be told I had to come inside. Then when I came in they hadn't started my order! I've been here 30 minutes and still don't have my food. I'm done coming to this place.
