How is the bar close at 3pm especially when there is a big football game on tv?

Chad is a phenomenal server!! We were in a rush to get to the airport (poor planning on our part, and coming from Wyoming) and we had a large party: 13 people. Chad and the manager Brian were absolutely incredible! They had us all fed and out the door within an hour. super impressive and THE BEST customer service!

We went to Red Robin’s for the first time today and I am so so impressed! The service was amazing! We had a party of 14 (7 being kids) and they took such great care of us. They brought us out fries to keep the kids happy since we had to wait being such a large party. They were so friendly. The food was pretty good too. I can not recommend them enough for large parties with kids!

We went in today, 12/23 and had incredible service from our waitress who was also bartending as well as the gentleman who brought our food out. We didn’t have to wait for anything, it was very quick and so nice to have a good experience with the way it can be these days!

Server dumped a tray of drinks on one of our party. One of our party didn't get their meal until the rest had finished eating. They did comp those two meals.
