Pinocchio's Loveland

My friend and I were taken aback by the service and hospitality at this restaurant. The evening started off with a misunderstanding when I asked for sweet tea and received unsweetened tea with four sugars on the side. The disappointment continued when we never received the soup we ordered and only got salad after inquiring about it when our meals arrived. To top it off, our dishes were lukewarm when they finally came out. I ordered the chicken and asparagus spaghetti in garlic cream, but received a chicken soup instead. It was tasty, but not what I had expected to receive.

We were in the mood for Italian food today, so we decided to give Pinocchio another try. The restaurant was surprisingly empty for a Sunday lunch, which was a bit unusual. The service was friendly, though a bit slow, but that wasn't a major issue. The food was delicious, so perhaps the negative reviews from the past few months have motivated them to make some improvements.

We had dinner in pinocchio’s loveland on Sunday evening and had an excellent meal and wine. the service was excellent and very friendly. they serve traditional Italian foods that they claim. we make the regular restaurant for Italian cuisine. we can't wait to try the breakfast.

Whatever happened to all of the good staff that you had? The restaurant was so much better with them there. I.e. Todd, Tammie, Katie, Ryan... it's a shame. It used to be one of my favorite places to go with my boyfriend cause I knew one of those amazing servers would take care of us, but unfortunately now it's just not the same. Crazy how they all just disappeared out of nowhere even though they were the best staff you had... since they haven't been there I have found hair in my food, my food has been cold and have got food poisoning 3 times. Also, the restaurant just isn't as clean as it used to be. Bathrooms are always gross, floors are never vacuumed, and some of the table cloths aren't replaced so they have pasta sauce on them and it's crusty just gross.

Hands-down, the worst service I have ever encountered. We will never be back. We were there for 2 1/2 hours, had to bus our own dishes, get our own to-go boxes, never were asked for refills, they were out of everything, waited an hour for our check and the place was 90% empty! It was also my birthday, yet they charged me for my own small slice of cake. No one ever offered to make it right, give a discount, nothing. We will never be back.
