Texas Roadhouse

The online order allowed me to enter the team members name with the items on the order, but it was disappointing that the names were not on the boxes to easily pass out the food. The host was kind enough to put the names on when I requested, but was annoying to have to ask. Food was good, so some slight improvements would make this a great experience.

Excellent food, reasonably priced and our waiter was awesome!

This was just one of those times when things didn't go right. The waiter must have been fairly new. Seemed like he was nervous. I ordered 12 oz rib eye medium rare with a loaded sweet potato. They put them on the same plate, and the brown sugar melted, and so it was on the plate now, It was now touching half of my steak. So now I had about half a steak that was sweet. I don't know about you but I don't like a sweet steak. It was also rare. I ate it. Then I went to the restroom and accidentally walked into the women's! Why? I guess because every other Texas Roadhouse i've been to has had the men's on the right and the women's on the left. Not this one. I was by myself, so when I cam¹e back from the restroom, I wasn't gone more than a couple of minutes, the gal was just finishing up bussing my table. She looked at me in disbelief! I was almost done but I hadn't quite finished. It's not a good experience! Hey, when it rains, it pours!

We go here for lunch on Fridays occasionally. It's a busy place. There were three of us, we were seated immediately. They have a lot of booths, and as an old fat guy, I don't care for them. The rolls came out, and everyone at the table love them, except for me. They're too sweet for me, even without the cinnamon sugar butter. I got the fried chicken salad with honey mustard salad dressing. It was fresh tasting and good sized. The honey mustard was nice not too sweet.
