Poor service. Never filled drinks nor brought everyone the drinks they ordered. Never received bread until we asked for some again for the 3rd time with our to go boxes. Very disappointed

Made this reservation for 15 in the Pope room at 5pm over a month ago and mngr came in during our dessert to tell us they had another party using the room at 7pm . Very unprofessional and since we're at the mercy of our waitress service, was offensive. We will not be back due to that treatment!

Review for Buca di Beppo 2051 S Hurstbourne Pkwy Louisville, KY 5/23/24 Sean was our server tonight. He was so energetic. He came by and checked on us about 6 times during our dinner. He was so knowledgeable about the food. He answered every question that we had, made a few suggestions and said if we needed anything to let him know. We had a coupon that was get $20 off $40, so he made sure that our total would be enough for the coupon. We ordered one of our favorites, the Quatro al Forno and one of their meatballs that was as big as my husband's fist. (The meatballs were on the appetizer list. Very soon the meatball came out and then our entree was brought out. Both the meat ball and the big platter of pastas from the Quatro al Forno were steamy hot and they smelled so good! Sean checked back in on us go if we were ok. We told him how wonderful the food was. What was so fun about Sean was that he had a little funny saying or little stories to amuse us. We certainly enjoyed him. When we were finished he brought us a box to go, a cup for my tea, a bag for the bread and a bag to put the leftovers in, all in one trip and no prompting from me! As we were getting all of our things together, out came one of the assistant managers came out that had been our server around Valentine's Day that we had just loved to have her take care of us. She stopped by to check on us and it was great to see her again. We left and a fee of the staff was in the lobby watching it rain and we're telling us to have a safe trip home. Oh, there was also the nicest, tallest host that help the for open for us when we got there and when we went to leave. They have the nicest staff. Don't forget to sign up for their reward program so you can get $20 off $40! Plus other surprises.

$29.70 for a caprese salad that had 5 undersized tomato slices. Not even a whole tomato. Was advertised as feeding three people. Absolutely criminal. They short you on online orders so you can’t complain. Never again.
