フィードバックを提供するThe restaurant struggles to operate effectively and appears to be on the verge of closing, yet it somehow stays in business. This situation seems to be similar for the Wendy's and Speedway in the area as well.
I found the experience to be extremely unprofessional. As a diner, I was allowed to enter after my drive, which I assumed was a standard practice due to COVID. However, I was informed that it was “labor policy” and was asked to come back during peak hours. The only positive aspect was that the bread was served for free, which I suppose is one thing that inflation hasn’t impacted.
I had a wonderful experience, which is quite rare at this restaurant. The flavors tonight were perfectly balanced, and everything I ate was spot on!
What is happening is that we ordered a lot, but they gave us the things that we didn't order and that they saw us a dollar for how acidic, but we didn't have to look sour and then we have more than 4 tacos we have like 7 or 6 tacos, but we just ordered 4 so we want our dollar back, so we gave them a 1 star and that we didn't order 2 dorito tacos and cream
Counter was closed and the kiosk because of bad I.T. would not allow me to order what I wanted. The store manager said oh yes you can and then tried and he went oh you can't huh and then walked away and left me. Supposedly I was going to get beef added. They could not have cared less about satisfying a customer.
