Encore On 4th - Louisville

Very slow service, waited almost 50 minuets for our dinner which we never got to enjoy . We had to leave without eating was in town to catch a show at the palace theater directly across the street . A nice place but must improve service.

It was about 8:15 the place was quite empty except a function in the back space. The bartender was waiting for us. We were told that the kitchen was closed so that the menu was limited, but then it was said that it wasn't that we order what we wanted. Food came out, it was okay, but our salad almost comes when we finished with our ducks. Average food, good drinks

Would not go back. Was in the mood for a salad. Waiter assured me it was big enough for a meal which for $10 it should be. It was not. And he brought it out ten minutes before my wife’s burger even tough I said it was my dinner. He apologized but did nothing about it. The burger was small and dry but ok but you would think for $13 they could at least put a handful of chips on the plate. We won’t be returning nor recommending.

Just wasn't impressed. To make a reservation just to be sat by a wait station and bathroom hall was a bit disappointing. Food was bland and our server was ok but was in the weeds so we didn't see her much. I just wouldn't waste money on this place.
