Chick-fil-a - Louisville

During my last visit to this Chick-fil-A, I ordered 12 chicken bites and some sauce. When I got home, I found only 7 chicken bites and no sauce. My husband went there today and simply ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, but they were both so burnt that they tasted like they had been fried in old, reused grease. We love Chick-fil-A, but we are not impressed with this location at all. We ended up throwing our sandwiches in the trash. Fool me once, shame on me; fool me twice... we won’t be coming back. In the end, we opted for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches instead.

First off I love CFA, I’ve never seen a bad one except for this one. I’ve stopped a few times and they are always slow. Waited 20min in the drive threw once and ten minutes for a ice cream cone on the inside another time.

I arrived at 10:15 and confirmed that breakfast was still being served. I ordered 30 mini breakfast sandwiches and 5 hash browns for my family. I stood in the waiting area for 30 minutes, watching customers who ordered after me come and go, while I remained waiting. I also observed car after car pass through the drive-thru as I continued to wait. After what felt like an eternity, a young girl finally brought out my food but didn't acknowledge the long wait I had endured. I've never had a negative experience at Chick-fil-A before, but today was disappointing. This location really let me down.

Glenmary Chick-fil-A is undoubtedly one of the finest locations I've ever had the pleasure of dining at. Every visit, the staff members are truly exceptional. We can't recommend this Chick-fil-A highly enough!

Worst ever Customer service ever witnessed at a Chic-fil-A today. An employee threw away my drink and food containers while I made a quick restroom visit. She didn’t have the courtesy to wait a couple of minutes or ask me if I was finished. I should get several free meals for this horrible service.
