Arby's - Louisville

Oh wow! My favorite above all else! Just LOOK at this sammich! MMMM MMMM! The drive thru was exceptional, and order taker was sweet! Nice young lady by the voice. At window, it's like it was known that.. nahhhh, no way. Fuggeddaboudit....

I like the Arby's and the people there were very friendly but they were out of everything. My boyfriend wanted the cheese sticks and they said something about some kind of sauce that goes with them that they were out of, he wanted crinkle fries and they were out, and he wanted one of those Big chocolate, chocolate chip cookies and they were out of them. The staff was extremely polite in helping him to decide on something else which is unusual because he has a temper he usually just gets nasty and tells them he will go elsewhere. We have gone to this Arby's so many times because we live right around the corner from it but this was the very first time this happened.

The two Arby's that I go to have some of the best fish sandwiches and turkey club sandwiches minus the bacon. The Hikes point Breckenridge lane store even has hot curly fries.

The service was just ok. The greeting was slighted. Must have been a long day. But food was ready in a timely manner and hot.
