Giovanni's Pizza Of Louisa

Today I watched as a worker put her hands all over the food to see if it was still warm enough to serve. When the server came in from outside she also started putting her hands all over then food to determine if it was warm enough to serve, all withoutwashing her hands. I watched as she then carried this food to the table. I brought all of this to the manager 's attention. Heseemed like he didn 't care at all. At least three people participated or knew of this behavior. None thought to do anythingabout it. I have never called the health department on anyone before, tomorrow I will. James Isaac 9/13/22

If I could give a zero star I would , this place used to be good , but with the new owners taking over food has went down hill fast , me and my husband ordered Stromboli's and they left off the tomatoes ,mayo and lettuce, and was cold when we got themand the bread was doughy and the meat tasted like soy....The waitress we had was great and she apologized numerous times to usabout our order, but sadly to say we will not be going back at all

Under new management, we decided to give the pizza a try again. it was absolutely phenomenal! seriously the best pizza we had for years from giovanni! will definitely visit it from here!

Overall good eating, but pizza is a bit too expensive compared to other national chains. over 25.00 for a pizza with everything.

Almost every time I place an order they get it wrong. I couldn’t tell you how many times I order thin crust and get extra thick crust. They even call back my order to me and repeat thin crust and I still get thick crust. What part of thin crust do they not understand? This place keeps going down down down.
