This is a dependable chain that seldom disappoints, yet rarely exceeds expectations. However, this particular location is a pleasant surprise, featuring an atmospheric and cozy interior that provides a tastefully designed space with a sense of privacy and comfort. The outdoor seating is enjoyable as well. The usual standards of quality are met, and the staff is attentive and polite. Overall, it stands out as a solid option.

I had plenty of takeout from Nero's, and I must say, the staff is excellent. I was particularly impressed by a very friendly and helpful blonde woman who works there. I would definitely recommend this restaurant over most others in Loughton.

The staff here is always friendly! The manager works incredibly hard and is always on the go.
