フィードバックを提供するI suspect that my credit card information was transferred between two staff members at this restaurant. I tried to contact the manager twice, but only got through the fax. I cannot comprehend why they would need my credit information in cash form, but I will not be returning to Carl's Jr until they have secure scanners on site. I refuse to risk having my debit card disappear again.
Quality has fallen. The onion rings, fresh and hot, had no taste. The burger tasted like he was reheated. We couldn't sit at a table at 6:40 on a Wednesday night because they closed this section, so only 3 stands were usable.
Sad??? At 6:30 a.m., no one was there before or after us. We ordered food for 4 people seemed good to go. We came home, our food was cold and we missed a main dish. Unfortunately not paid the $40. Probably not back for a while.
From large drinking cups, you'll sleep for the big drink, but just give a medium without compensation. Order a double burger and they say everything they have is the Western Burger. Really, they can't add a bacon to a double cheeseburger.... The first place I've ever been with the level of ignorance.
I don't eat here often, but this and the San Mateo locations are the best! I never get cold or stale food, always a friendly atmosphere, and they don't slash tires. (That last one is a joke for the manager lady. Hope you read this and smile) Thank you for always being good to me.
