Hot City Barbeque Bistro - Los Banos

What a find! We stumbled upon this restaurant and were blown away by the food. I ordered my favorite, a pulled pork sandwich, while my nephew chose his favorite, a tri-tip sandwich, and we decided to share. The portion sizes were enormous, and we couldn't finish everything. After tasting both, I have to say that the tri-tip sandwich has become my new favorite, and my nephew thoroughly enjoyed the pulled pork, which used to be my top choice! The service was exceptional; our food arrived quickly, and the cashier was very friendly. The only downside is that they aren't open every day. We tried to return on a Tuesday, but they were closed. It would also be great if they offered mac and cheese. This is a family-friendly place, and I highly recommend it!

I recently had a takeout order from Hot City BBQ, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The BBQ ribs were hearty and tender, topped with just the right amount of sauce. The brisket was absolutely delicious, and I appreciated that the hot links were cut into thin rounds for easier eating. The coleslaw had a nice crunch to it and wasn’t overly drowned in dressing, which I liked. However, I thought the beans and potato salad could use a bit more seasoning to enhance their flavor. On the other hand, the buttery, cheesy garlic bread was so good that it was hard to stop eating! Overall, the food was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend Hot City BBQ if you're craving some barbecue—you won’t be disappointed!

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant with wonderful service and delicious barbecue. I'm truly grateful for this establishment on my first visit.

Ambiance was good . Service good . BBQ well Flavored . I personally was not a fan of the Mac salad. But overall experience was worth it
