Subway - Los Angeles

They refused to take coupons and they refused to give us a senior discount. $17 for two, six-inch subs is outrageous!!

It's frustrating that they don't offer very basic menu items in the delivery apps. I'm not talking about anything exotic, I'm talking about mustard. You can't get plain yellow mustard on a Subway sandwich on any delivery app. If this is dictated bycorporate, then I would recommend the franchise owners demand a change, because as is, Subway is unusable on any deliveryservices.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. One of the staff members explained why he didn’t want to change his gloves, and it made me uncomfortable about eating there. He mentioned that he contaminates everything. If you're curious to find out who he is, just check the schedule to see who was working that day.

I ordered a chicken rotisserie footlong and paid extra for pepperoni, but when I got home, there was no pepperoni on it. The receipt clearly indicated that the pepperoni should have been added. This location doesn't accept coupons, and after not receiving what I paid for, I have decided not to return. I'm very disappointed!
