Beverly Hills Solid Waste, thank you for the amazing food! I didn't catch the server's name, but they were excellent. I will definitely be coming back to pick up dinner for my family! You have to try this place—the BBQ chicken is incredible.

If you come across this restaurant on Postmates, don't hesitate to order! I tried the brisket, sausage, a full rack of ribs, mac and cheese, greens, brisket tacos, and cornbread. The brisket was perfection, the sausage had a great snap, and the ribs were incredibly tender. I typically order a bit over $100 worth of food because I'm a big guy and it's Friday after work. Honestly, this is the best BBQ I've ever had in all of California!

As a Texas native who enjoys smoking meat in my free time—yes, surprising, I know—I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The brisket they served was impressive! I also loved their mac and cheese, which was fantastic, and the collard greens were good as well. The baby back ribs were just okay, though. My main issue is the pricing. I get that things can be more expensive in this area, and I'm fine with that, but the portion sizes were pretty small. Because of that, I’m giving them -1 star for value and the average ribs. However, I’m definitely planning to come back to try the beef ribs when they have them available.

Ordered the smoked wings. While the smoked flavor was apparent, it tasted more charred than anything else. Can't really recommend the sauces on the table either. Spicy tasted like a thicker version of the regular minus the spice. Though, I can recommend the buffalo sauce and the greens.
