Ramen Hood - Los Angeles

I tried the cold rams at coachella, and I can honestly say it was the best ram broth I ever had. when I'm back in la, I'm 100% here!

This small razor counter in the grand central market is like something from blade runner (which was shot there). it belongs to a winner of top chef (ilan hall) and they make a smoker with sunflower seeds and nebel. It's incredible. they have gluten-free options. everything is vegetable and super delicious. there are some amazing appetizers; a spicy thunfish and a to-die for avocado on crispy rice, which is one. I would go there every day if I could. in the night on thurs sat open. closes the rest of the time by 15 o'clock.

Okay, so I was actually not in the la restaurant, but I had the chance to try her eating when they were in new york city a few years ago! absolutely amazing, the boiled egg was so realistic!

That is a great ram! they have gluten-free option (then they and def order the beet “tuna”.

We only tried two things but they were super yummy. Friendly staff, good prices. It doesn't get any better than a 100% vegan ramen shop!
