Preux & Proper - Los Angeles

This restaurant is serious when it comes to a first-class LA food. the space is so unique and is full of historical charm. I love the two flats of p, with the lower level feel more casual with a bar. the upper level has a dimming lighting for a romantic ambiente and a beautiful outdoor terrace. we came here with a completely open understanding and were blown away completely. the love for detail that preux and proper put in their food drinks is incomparable. chef sammy took time to explain the philosophie of the restaurant when it comes to the procurement (only the best, most ethical and qualitatiw high quality ingredients . in a sea of restaurants that quickly recipes teller to curl without much for the ethical asspect of the company, it is really incredible to support a business that does. of all the ding every minute we spent here was served in the best food ambiance. could not recommend preux and proper enough for all occasions. I am very looking forward to hosting here with friends!

Went for the DineLA menu and it was not disappointed. our server was great and has made some great recommendations. the otopus was excellent, perfectly prepared, so much taste and a very generous portion. we also had the black bell and it was excellent. so many aromen and cooked right. would definitely go back to try other menu items.

I try to try a new south! rabbit, black, lamb and ignets, we have covered the big good groups! They really did this place in a slightly unconventional wedge cornerlot. I have forgotten to take photos of the cocktails, but you should really try them (the old fashion was too sweet)

Every court we tried was amazing! These include fried mississippi catfish, baked mac cheese, dungeness crab hush welpen, chicken fried pork belly and smoked pork chop. also the beignets and fruit cobbler were delicious. recommend the visit in a group of at least 4, so you can try further elements in the menu. the waiting staff was friendly and attentive. can not wait to visit again to try other elements on the menu. park service is in the jump street and costs $10.

Such a great restaurant with the lovely vibe. Interesting building shape that they make really great use of. Food and drink are amazing and the service is great. Staff is really friendly and service is amazing. Outdoor patio is very nice. There's a parking lot located right across the street which is very convenient.
