フィードバックを提供するIt was my first time visiting this Poke spot, and I really enjoyed it. The fish was fresh, and the customer service was excellent. There’s also a charming little area with a baroque touch, perfect for enjoying a quick lunch. The house sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I added some extra soy sauce, and it balanced out beautifully.
This restaurant is small and located in a modest strip mall with limited parking. However, it is clean and offers a good selection of protein options. I was surprised to see crab listed on the poke bowl menu, which I haven't encountered before! My poke bowl was delicious and incredibly fresh. I opted for the smallest size, which includes three proteins, and also got a bottle of water. My total came to about $18. Initially, I thought it was a bit pricey for what I received, but then realized the cost is quite comparable to a combo meal at a fast-food restaurant, yet much fresher and healthier. The extra money spent was definitely worth it. Overall, it was a tasty, filling, and nutritious meal. The location is easy to miss when driving by, but it’s well worth stopping in to visit.
I visit this restaurant frequently, but after today's experience, I won't be returning. This was my first time ordering a large delivery bowl, but what I received resembled a mini bowl. I paid extra for crab, but there was no crab included. I also requested spicy mayo and creamy lemon, but received no lemon. For $50, the dishes looked absolutely ridiculous. When I called to inquire, they said they would check the order next time, but there won't be a next time for me. They suggested sending a half-sized bowl instead, which was unacceptable. It's frustrating because I expect better. There's another place on Olympic that's worth checking out; they offer more options and fill their bowls properly. What a disappointment!
I have been a frequent visitor of this restaurant since the opening. I really hate to write this review, but unfortunately my experience with their customer service was so disappointing that I am forced to do so. last april I have placed a quite large order by uber eats that I personally picked up. when I returned home, I realized that some articles were missing (the cost of this article was $28.48). I called the restaurant and they confirmed that they had not packed the items. going back to the restaurant was no option for me so they told me that I would keep the reception and that they would give me this article without cost for a future order. after a few weeks I called the restaurant to give a new order. on the phone I was told that they would actually add these items. but after they went to the restaurant to pick up the order, they changed their mind. the restaurant would not take responsibility now. they told me to complain to uber eats and dismiss me pretty hard. I approached over eats and, as I expected, they would not be adjusting requests in the last 48 hours of the original order. her recommendation was for me to leave a negative review in her words “to help the dealer improve”. as I mentioned, I liked this restaurant and wanted to give them every chance to make the things right. So I contacted them by email to explain the situation again. I never heard of them. I would have received my refund if they had just told me to turn to uber eats when I first addressed them, and then, instead of having their mistakes and finding a way to make the thing right, they have dismissed me without the slightest care. I guess $28.50 is more important than a repeater and a good call. as frustrating as it is, I will never come to this place again.
Good service and sushi that hits the spot when you 're craving a quick sushi run. Spicy tuna is spicy and tastes pretty fresh, for being a mostly grab and go joint.
