Honestly one of the best meals I've had in a long time. I took my Dad for his birthday and we had a very special meal. The server even brought out a candle and cookies at the end of our meal to help us celebrate.We ordered the heirloom tomatoes and the little gem salad. The in season tomatoes were great, but the little gem salad really stood out. The peas and pistachios and mint... So delicious!For our main course, we got the trout over corn summer squash. Perfectly cooked the curry sauce was amazing. We also got the lamb ribs the meat was so tender! We had to get the crispy rice (tahdig) which was outstanding and paired perfectly with the cranberry beans.Thanks for a wonderful meal and can't wait to return!

The food here is amazing. The atmosphere is cute, trendy, typical East Hollywood/Los Feliz crowd. I'm giving 2 stars because I'm sick of restaurants adding a 4% charge to the check for the employees health insurance. This place isn't the only one. The foods not cheap here, so the added fee is a slap in the face.

I understand the idea of “small plates” but I draw the line at $20 for 2 laughably and pitifully small chicken skewers. I really really wanted to like this place and had been looking forward to trying it. The dishes did taste good but the portion sizes are made for ants. Overpriced and underfed isn’t a new concept in upscale LA dining, but the levels they’re taking it to are embarrassing. Next time I’ll go with Zankou.

I came here with a party of four (made a reso a week prior), and ordered 7 dishes. Came to around $50+ per person. If you come with those expectations, you’re golden. Everything about this place is great. Lovely ambience. Attentive servers. And the food itself I would give 8/10. Great, but not spectacularly memorable. Fun date spot!

I came here with a group of 7 for my birthday and everything was flawless. We ordered 12 dishes and each one was full of so much flavor and freshness sourced from local farms. They even had vermentino wine, which is one of my favorites only made in Italy! The vibe, music and atmosphere hit just right. I will be coming back for sure.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options for all different types of food restrictions.
