Jack In The Box - Los Angeles

Drive thru is a freakin nightmare...you will always sit in line at the order box for at least 10 minutes before even being greeted. If the lobby isn't open, do not even bother.

I visited this restaurant today and specifically ordered the double jack combo. However, the person taking my order tried to charge me $11 for it, even though the actual price is $5.99.

When you advertise a menu item but don't keep it in-stock that's bad. On one item we understand but a 6 different items. It would be courteous to tell people. The staff made it seem like we were idiots for something that only they knew was out ofstock.

I visited this place for breakfast and was disappointed to find that my coffee was cold. It's important for restaurants to realize that people prefer their coffee hot, especially in this chilly weather. I didn't order iced coffee, so that was frustrating. Thankfully, my food was served hot, or I would have definitely considered going back.

This appears to be the only drive-thru in town that can efficiently serve multiple customers simultaneously. Although the prices for food have steadily increased over the years, making this chain one of the pricier choices, the quality of the food is good, and I don’t have to waste 30 minutes waiting in line.
