The best breakfast in the area by far. Maybe the platonic ideal for a slice of bacon. I love this place to pieces. I tend to get the Benedict with bacon or the Breakfast bowl.

Gloria's Cuisine LA is a small lovely restaurant cafe located at the heart of Highland Park on Monte Vista and N. 50th avenues. As you enter the place you are welcomed by a wonderful home style setting that is delightful to the eyes. Its interior design is well conceived and spacious enough for a small to midsize cafe. Sitting in front table you have a wonderful view of the workshop-like kitchen where you can see the chefs working. The menu offers a wide variety of mouth-watering appetizers and main course. I had the Breakfast sandwich (brioche bun, bacon, barbacoa, scrambled eggs and aioli) accompanied by freshly cut fruits. All the products were fresh and the dishes had the warmth of home-made food. The chefs takes great care in selecting the best quality ingredients. Gloria's staff were professional, competent and amiable. Prices are relatively affordable and competitive with similar restaurant cafes around HP. Accepts cash and credit. Street parking only. Overall, I had a pleasant dining experience with food of the most exquisite flavors. And for this reason I highly recommend going to Gloria's Cuisine.

Amazing!!!!!! The presentation was beautiful, and these are some of the best breakfast tacos I’ve ever tasted. The quality is superb. The staff is fantastic too!

Fresh modern Mexican inspired food. Beautiful presentation. You will be tempted to lick your plate clean! Try the burrata avocado toast oh la la! Super friendly and attentive wait staff.

Gloria's has quickly become my favorite place for brunch. The food is incredibly tasty, and the atmosphere feels very welcoming and cozy. I always opt for the plantain and pancake dishes, and you can't miss the cafe de olla—it's essential!
