They did not honor our reservation and charged us a fee just to enter.

They didn't have a new table available. I waited 20 minutes for a table and then another 30 minutes for my food.

Service is always bad. always gets wrong! and lasts long.

The waitress didnt serve us right. We received our food separately, waiting for our food was terrible almost an hour. When we received our food in parts) we didnt even get napkins and utensils. That's the second time that happens to is. Really bad service.

We had a poor experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings. We had a reservation for three on the day of the Super Bowl thru open table. When we arrived, they told us that they do not take reservations. I showed them my phone with the reservation and they still denied us seating. They were arrogant and did not appologize or try to accommodate us. I have read other reviews of this location and other people have experienced this as well.
