Starbucks Coffee - Los Altos

This Starbucks is quite similar to many others, which means it's excellent! The only downsides are the long lines and the fact that I can never seem to find them with the cold brew whipped cream already prepared. I highly recommend ordering ahead via the app to skip the queue, and this location is no exception. Even with the crowd, they prepared my drinks quickly and flawlessly, despite my usual complicated orders (I'm a bit particular). The space was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Customer service can be challenging, often low-paying and thankless work, so a big thank you to everyone there for their hard work!

The restaurant has a pleasant layout and ample space, making it a great place to meet people. However, I was surprised by the cleanliness of the bathrooms, considering it's in Los Altos—there was trash and hair in both the restroom and the main area. The drink I ordered was okay, but the customer service was lacking and not very attentive.

I had the worst vanilla latte ever. It tasted mostly like hot milk with just a hint of coffee. To make matters worse, they didn’t call out my name when it was ready, and I was there waiting while holding my 9-month-old baby. I couldn’t go back to have it remade since I was near my hiking trail.

A pleasant coffee experience. Coming from NY their extreme friendliness is almost unsettling, so much chit chat but not in a bad way. They?re all very nice and very quick to get drinks and food out. Cool little shopping center, prettier than the average strip mall.
