Worst Valentine's Day experience of my life. Showed up and they had overbooked heavily on reservations. Told us it would be at least a 2-3 hour wait and that they were running out of food. Complete fail. We got all dressed up, excited for the night, and showed up to our confirmed reservation we had made weeks in advance only to be let down. Ended up eating fast food for my big date with my new girlfriend. So embarrassing, will never come back here or recommend it to anyone.

They purposely overbooked cancelled dozens of people’s reservations without notice. Lines of frustrated dressed up couples were being turned back from the restaurant by security guards.

For Valentine's Day, the place was overwhelmingly busy and our reservation was for 10pm! They were cancelling all reservations after 8pm because the kitchen was 2 hours behind! Luckily we were also staying at the Bonaventure Hotel so they accommodated us. We got seated around 10:30pm and the manager gave us complimentary shrimp cocktail since there were delays. We also ordered some cheese and bread as we were hungry! Our petite filet and lobster finally arrived around 11:30pm. Let me tell you, everything was delicious! The filet was juicy and melted in your mouth. The lobster tail was fantastic! The french fries was ok as I prefer red potatoes or asparagus. Yes the food was expensive $70/plate) so you won't get value, but it was worth it for me, especially with the rotating views of LA! Our server was very attentive as well, always refilling my soft drink! If you can afford it and you are patient on Valentine's Day, you will have a great experience!

Did not honor my reservation. Overbooked by dozens of people ridiculous. Everyone turned away despite reservations weeks earlier.

Very terrible didn’t even get to sit because I had to wait 3 hours even though I had a reservation at 9:30 and got there at 9:10
