This hotel is the best of the best. The rooms are spacious and the beds are ridiculously comfortable. But what really highlights this place is the staff. Everyone is very friendly and will be happy. Everyone welcomes you and many employees remember your name and preferences, so service is impeccable. The spa is also amazing.

We were all around the world in four seasons and never experienced anything like that. Check-in started badly with long lines and rude staff at the reception – credit card machines did not work, no warmth or personalization, rudely said that our rooms were not ready. Maybe a bad start, hotel deals with Oscar Week, no! We booked adjacent rooms for our family and were told that only one room was ready. One hour later, I'm receiving an uncanny call saying that the adjacent room we booked is still occupied and the guests refuse to go, but they could move into another room but not until 7:00? I said you mean it seriously and the woman who called me said she'd do me a favor and why I was so rude. Unbelievable. It's 6:00. I go back to the reception – no help, they say that the hotel is sold out, I just have to wait for these guests to leave rooms. Unbelievable. Could you at least make a drink or dinner at the bar while I wait? They made it and had a nice service in the bar. Now it's almost 7 o'clock and still no room! I'm going back to the reception, literally despairing how my family will sleep? Are you loading me for a room I can't even reach before 10:00? Finally we say that you have a non-close space available and they say oh sure, but you never asked! For the love of God I am at my end at this point. No one offered that, they only said that the hotel was fully booked. So now my family stays ten floors apart, my “Balkon” room is on the 2nd floor with all the sounds of the pool and no view. Walls are paper thin. Smelly food in the halls. Only shocking to feel completely unwilling in a Four Seasons especially at these prices. No 5-star experience at any level.
