Wow! Very interesting and very busy shop. A wider than expected variety of food on offer. Pleasant, helpful staff and service was quite fast even though they were very busy at the time.
Ordered 4 grilled flake and large chips. Flake was so dry even after squeezing all the lemons wedges we had on them. Chips were very good though. Expensive for the quality of food you are given.
We had the seafood for two. It was lovely fresh and fast. The service by staff was very friendly and warm. Highly recommended
Arriving down the coast, my husband and I were really looking forward to a good feed of fresh fish and crispy chips! After reading mixed reviews we decided to try The Salty Dog. What a waste of $40! The fish was near inedible being completely over cooked, chips soggy and as if they came from a supermarket packet and sweet potato cake was not cooked.
