Cannot rate Lorne Central highly enough!! Great location, with one of the best views of the beach in town. The most beautiful staff who always welcome you with a smile and make you feel right at home. Fantastic options for any meal (brunch is my favourite) and great coffee (with all milk options available). Can't go past afternoon happy hour either (food drinks) this photo is of their oyster special they had in summer.

Visited today after a long drive. Being new to gluten free and having some negative experiences with 'gluten free ' options and becoming unwell I was very nervous this trip would end quickly. Upon arriving to the cafe we were greeted by staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Once seated the staff member sat with me and explained what dishes can be customized for Coeliacs. I ordered the chicken burger and the chef even made me some gluten free chips. The food arrived quickly and the staff checked in to make sure we were going ok during the meal. The best part is the chicken burger I ordered and custom chips were delicious and I didn 't get sick afterwards! Plus I didn 't feel like I was being difficult. Thanks team you were great

Very friendly staff and good service. I had a calamari salad and it was so delicious! Has a wonderful view of the ocean too. Will definitely go there again!

Had coffee and breakfast over the great ocean road marathon weekend. Busy and service was super owner manager was great. The coffee and breakfast was great thank you . Can’t beat the bacon and egg breakfast
