The Original Steaks And Hoagies Lorain

Very clean place with extremely hospitable staff. Both young men where helpful and friendly. My husband's family is from Philly so we know a good cheesesteak when we have it and this was definitely in good competition!!! It compares itself to the Philly cheese steak and it is a true claim!! Don't forget the ketchup! I love the facts about cheesesteak and hoagies as well that are on the wall. Nice touch! There are six in our family and the dining area was accoommadating for us all, even the kids! Until we come back again Authentic Cheesesteak of Lorain Ohio!!! Thanks!

They come out of the side opening to shout “you got a pickup” then come up to the counter and ask what size fry you ordered after they just bagged up the food? My only request is that I asked for my fries well done but and these are literally soggy.. disgusting do not waste your time or money , would give 0 stars if I could , 17$ for 1 small sandwich and a plain French fry is absolutely ridiculous

Ordered a small Philly fry..... I got home it was huge!! Very good though. First time eating from there.Food: 4/5

My first choice for a cheat meal. The original with a side of wizzy tots is the way to go. The sandwich has plenty of meat and cheese and is filling. The wizzy tots are the perfect side.
