Mcdonald's - Lorain

Sausage muffin was made fresh at 1815. the hired were very nice to me. it helps my daughter gm, but she must be so nice to me. <3. she was only there a week.

On Christmas Eve, the restaurant was bustling but not too crowded. A lovely woman with gorgeous hair was multitasking between the register and taking orders, but still managed to make me an ice cream cone while I waited.

I visited McDonald's on Monday, the 3rd at 12:00 PM. I waited in line for 15 minutes, but then they told me to pull over because they weren't ready. After another 10-minute wait, I asked for a refund and waited an additional 10 minutes. I eventually received my money back from the manager. I was very disappointed and will not be returning.

I have been coming to this McDonald's for 2 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, the drive-thru is fast, and the food is always hot and cooked perfectly. I would definitely give this restaurant a 5/5 rating for their excellent service and delicious food.
