Luna's Pizza - Longwood

Family owned place that I happened to try out for the first time. I ordered a meatball sub, chicken parm sub, and a cheese pizza to go. I didn't wait long, and It was all excellent. I met the owners and they were really nice and funny at the same time. There are not many family owned italian places, and this one is one you should try out if you get the chance. I'm going back to try the veal and eggplant and maybe the fettuccine Alfredo.

All I'm going to say is that this was the best Italian restaurant I've eaten in the last 7 years. 23 years of pure love.

Really a wonderful family run/owned place. They are the nicest people and the food was fantastic. We had pizza, meatball sub and chicken parm subs (and sangria? , everything was perfect. The sub bread was so fresh and delicious. She also brought out fresh garlic knots with loads of fresh garlic. Honestly, everything tasted great and the prices are more than reasonable. This is going to be a regular place for my Family. Definitely worth trying!

LUNA'S Pizza is as authentic as it gets when it comes to Italian cuisine. The owners are lovely and always a pleasure to chat with. You can't go wrong with any item on the menu, but the pizza is exceptional and carbonara is the best I've ever had.

Customer service is good. But the food not so much. Garlic knots taste like they don?t have much flavor to it. Pizza tasted undercooked, bottom of pizza didn?t have any crisp to it and tasted like it was pulled out too soon. Definitely won?t be eating there again.
