Mcdonald's - Longview

The tall black lady who is the night manager is extremely helpful and always has a smile on her face. She is there to assist with anything you may need.

I'm glad that this is the only restaurant I visit in Longview! They weren't kidding when they said their food comes out of the kitchen as quickly as possible. The service is also very efficient.

This place is better than the on estes pkwy safe! it is already 2 months ago that the mcdonald’s on estes told me that the machine is down and I have been there every day for the last 2 months. I called companies and they don't do anything about it. So I have to drive all the way over the city to the mcdonald’s on the highway 80 to get a eat.

The workers were really good today. burger good as usual, pommes that they never know whether they get old fries or fresh when they are fresh, they are great if they don't, they want to go to whataburger because their fries are always good, so are their burgers, and so are mcdonalds, but the fries is what they change places.

I had a positive experience at this McDonald's location. Like most new McDonald's franchises, the food was consistently good, including the salads. However, despite only being open for a few months, it appears that they are starting to neglect cleanliness. There were some dirt and spots accumulating in the lobby, trash on the floor, and dirty tables.
