Sushi Leo - Longmont

My girlfriend and I have visited this restaurant several times, and we often find ourselves ordering more sushi than we originally intended because it’s just so good. Nate and Alan are outstanding sushi chefs who offer excellent recommendations and engaging conversation. We’ve definitely become regulars here!

Last night was our first time dining at Sushi Leo, and we were immediately welcomed by the friendly staff. We tried several different dishes from their menu, all of which were beautifully presented, fresh, and delicious. The beverage selection is extensive, and we enjoyed a few Japanese beers with our meal. Overall, we were thoroughly satisfied with our experience and will definitely be returning for many more enjoyable meals at Sushi Leo.

At Sushi Leo, I genuinely feel like a VIP in the chef’s kitchen. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between elegance and comfort. The Nigiri is incredibly fresh, with a variety of seasonal fish, inventive sushi rolls, and top-notch customer service. This is my favorite spot for special occasions with my partner. On chilly evenings, we enjoy sitting outside where we’re seated next to a heater and provided with cozy blankets to keep warm. This restaurant is truly exceptional!

This restaurant charges more for yellowtail nigiri than Sushi Den, which is hard to believe. The three pieces I received were just okay.
