Dutch Bros Coffee - Longmont

Man is every place you go to these days just not great. I love love Dutch brothers but I went here this morning and halfway to my appt I took a drink of my coffee and the espresso was just burnt. For $6 I won’t be coming back same thing happened to me at the commerce city location too. I would go back and have them make me a drink but I don’t have time to wait another 20 mins in line. Im so bummed that they’re all going down hill because I really loved Dutch over Starbucks.

Well came on 4/14 @7:21am and I was inside and waiting for my drink inside and they pushed the drive thru 1st that's what the Bautista said before I got my drink (Rude) inside iv always had good service today was not one of those days everone had mad looks on there faces, the crew was so mean and not friendly. I waited over several mins ridiculous for a iced coffee never waited that long and the doors were locked at almost 7:30am...

I'm unfortunately resorting to a bad Google review to maybe get a response. Our vehicle was struck by one of Dutch Bros' signs from the wind blowing it over (seen by employee, the one that gave me the managers contact) and messed up the drivers side door/paint. I got the managers contact info and left him a voicemail prior to Christmas 22. I got a call back and was told that someone would reach out to me from corporate. I never received a call, so in February, I reached back out to the same manager, and he told me the same thing as before. Here, now, almost April, I still haven't received a call. I genuinely believe this is corporate not caring about their consumer, but what's new. It's sad because this location and all the staff I've met are amazing and very friendly, and I don't want this review to reflect negatively on them.

Decided to give dutchbros another go, and if I could I'd give it 0 stars! I was excited to try their new German chocolate drink. As stated on the description of the drink on the app it contained Carmel, dark chocolate,and coconut. Well some lazy piece of s employee made me a straight up mocha. Iced chocolate milk! I could've gotten a iced mocha at McDonald's for $3!!No carmel, coconut or dark chocolate to be found in the drink! I think I either deserve a refund for false advertising, or a free drink. I know won't get either, but the employees need to know their product. I feel 100% ripped off!!! I would recommend the golden eagle, but sometimes it just ends up being plain Ole Iced coffee...that yet again could get somewhere else for $3. Such a joke tonight.Maybe other dutchbros have their s together, but the longmont one does not. I can always tell they pride themselves fir their customer service...but it was a tonight.never going to going again, or recommending this place to anyone!!!

I think you need another location in this area. The staff is great and trying to work everyone through, but I waited for 30 minutes today to get through the line although I'm sure weather played a part. Love the drinks though! The mocha raspberry is great :)Service: 3/5
