Vista Sky Lounge - Long Island City

I made a reservation for Valentine’s Day for a whole experience with 4 course menu in vista ball room. The food was good, service really poor, waitress kept forgetting everything we ask for and marking our table between courses, the ambiance extremely poor. This was supposed to be a romantic dinner with nice music but there was no even music in our side only, half of the room. A manager was refilling other tables with sparkling wine but our table we had to get his attention in order to get some wine as well. They need to improve on their hospitality.

Great service, great food, great drinks, reasonable prices. Outside was a little chilly but we got great pictures.

My wife and I was there celebrating our 18 yr anniversary. Service was great. Ambiance was superb. Food was delicious. I had for an entree the Wild Scottish Salmon with sides. My wife had the lobster roll with fries. Highly recommend both. We will most definitely return.

Overpriced, spent $130 for 2 people for bad food, bad drinks, really poor quality tables chairs plants and plastic cups

Very unorganized considering reservations required full prepayment. Couldn’t get a seat for almost 40 minutes.
