It is fantastic. They need to get some more bartenders that are sober.
The only person in the restaurant who was friendly was the bartender. It was clear that this was a hangout for locals, who appeared distrustful of newcomers. The overall vibe I got was that if you weren't a regular, you weren't welcome. I had an old friend who used to frequent this place, but I hesitated to ask about him for fear of receiving a hostile reaction.
