Starbucks Coffee - Long Beach

The staff is outstanding and goes above and beyond to ensure your order is accurate!

The restaurant is nice and clean, with very friendly staff. The service is quick, but one concern I had was the presence of flies on the baked goods displayed. I understand that these items are for display only, but having so many flies around is not appealing in any establishment that serves food or drinks. Other than that, it's a pretty cool place overall.

This is my favorite Starbucks! The baristas here are mostly kind, sweet, and quick. My favorite barista is definitely Justin! He’s a really cool guy and always prepares my coffee perfectly!

Ordered a simple tea venti extra lemon and honey took over ten minutes while a customer behind me hadn?t ordered yet but his order was already being made by barista that seem to know him ask his drink after I ordered he payed his drink was ready in the front also a tea I seen the worker making very unhappy with service I asked for a refund on my drink and cup I purchased and got slight attitude from another worker who seem to be bothered over me asking for a refund after my order was taken long never going here again never had this type of service at any Starbucks. at the time I over heard another customer upset over waiting also but for over 30 min while others received there drinks don?t go here.

I tried to pay with a $100 bill and the cashier said she did not have change. I went to the supermarket close by and cameback and paid with a $20 bill , the cashier double checked the bill, it made me feel like I was using fake money to pay !!!! . They should have a marker to check the bills !!! I felt very uncomfortable!!!!!!!!!!!!
