Shake Shack Long Beach

A place that I crave once in a blue moon.I like getting their burger with everything in it with fries. My husband gets the shake stack with fries (not his favorite type of fries). The burgers are good but small and expensive. Their patties also look like they got thinner and smaller. Which means that we get a boba at Boba Guys after or grab dessert. The people working are not very attentive and are always talking to each other instead of trying to help the customer. Wish there was one that was closer in the OC area... but til then... Long Beach it is.

My to-go Shake Shack location. The interior space and seating is a bit smaller and more cramped than other locations, but I understand it's not something they can just up and change.It's very clean and pristine. Convenient option to order via a kiosk if you'd like as well.Got a shackburger on my latest visit and it was good. Really wish it was larger, but I knew the size I was getting when I came here. Warm and fluffy bun, smoky and juicy beef patty combined with fresh ingredients. Definitely prefer it to a burger like In-N-Out, but wince at the price point. Still definitely recommend to anyone willing to dish out a little more for a tastier burger.Will definitely be back!

I avoided going to Shake Shack for a while in Marina Pacifica as I was never completely won over when I hit the ones in Philly New York. But I have to say I had a great burger. I did the ShackBurger (two patties please) and shared the Bacon Cheese Fries. Lots of calories, but I pedaled quite a few miles and it was a great meal. I also popped by recently to purchase a GC and the staff although not experienced with this transaction was a quick learner and did a great job!

Haven't tried my shakes which I'm sure will be fine but ultimately priced more than they're worth. This review is for the service at pick up, which was incredibly disappointing. Placed order by the app. Tried to check in on arrival, but was told I would be called when my order was ready. 15 minutes later no order delivered or name called. It's a Sunday so I don't have anywhere else I have to be, but I'm irritated to have been just dismissed by the staff when my shakes were in the freezer waiting the whole time.
