El Pollo Loco is fantastic, offering delicious dishes that are somewhat pricey. However, they accept EBT benefits, which helps make the cost more manageable. The service is good, although the lines can get long at times—something to expect when a lot of people are seeking quality fast food. Overall, El Pollo Loco delivers on both food and service.
Area and parking could have been better. Used to OC.
That was great. the customer service was good, they delivered us serviettes and the desired season. cleanliness, I would rate a 4/10.
