Dunkin' - Long Beach

I would honestly rate this place a zero. I ordered online to surprise my husband for Father's Day and had it delivered through GrubHub. Not only did they send me the completely wrong order, but they also forgot two items. On top of that, they didn't take any responsibility and blamed GrubHub instead. I will never be returning to this location again.

I ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich and was told it couldn't be grilled. I pointed out that they serve a grilled cheese sandwich, and a very polite lady confirmed that they do. I requested to have my breakfast sandwich made with the grilled cheese bread, and she assured me they could do that. However, when I received my sandwich, it was neither grilled nor toasted—just served on cold bread. So, unfortunately, she wasn't truthful.

I strongly recommend steering clear of this restaurant. It's a waste of both time and money! It deserves negative stars, if that were an option.

They never got the donuts we want. My kids already know to not put their hopes up if we come to Dunkin. I love the coffee. But they are low on donuts

I ordered a large drink...Received a medium... When I checked the receipt I see I was charged for the large. In the past they've corrected the order and given me a large without hesitation. This time instead was told they were out of large cups but failed to tell me before accepting my order and didn't mention it before I gave them my card for payment. If you want coffee and a better experience then I suggest Portola in the hangar or Wolf's in the village across the street.
