Mcdonald's - Lone Pine

The service was terrible; I waited 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. To make matters worse, they were out of both pies and iced coffee. The restrooms were filthy, and I found dead crickets on the floor. I'm very disappointed. Food rating: 1/5.

The staff in the kitchen seem to be quite inexperienced. They messed up my Big Mac four times. On the fourth attempt, I just decided to eat it as it was. Frustrating experience overall. Food: 1/5

Today they had McFlurry available, which was exciting! Unfortunately, my fries were only half full, burnt, and cold. I really wish I could get a complete order right for once—like having the ice cream machines actually working, the McFlurry mixed properly, the Dr. Pepper made with the correct syrup and carbonation, and the fries served hot and salted. I usually don't order anything else. I also wish there were more options to redeem points on the app.

This has got to be the worst run McDonald’s I have ever stepped foot in. The soda machines were not working. They couldn’t provide a frappe drink, and to make things worse. The sort of machine was out of order and so when I asked for a cup of water to go with my biscuit sandwich, they could not provide it because the water dispenser was also turned off, which is part of the soda machine I guess. I also noticed that the slushy machine was not functioning so therefore it had syrup in it, but they were all melted and it was blinking orange lights straight across all flavors. Something else they did not prepare for and that was to stock up for memorial day weekend, and that probably explains some of wise. Somethings were not available but between the broken down equipment and the fact that these all of the soda flavors were unavailable says that it’s just a bunch of broken down machinery in that store. I highly recommend going elsewhere and would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone, ever.
