Subway - Lone Oak

This restaurant is terrible!! I placed an online order at 6pm and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. However, 45 minutes later, I finally received my order which included 4 sandwiches, a salad, and 1 pizza. I will never return to this establishment. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Absolutely terrible experience! I will definitely not be returning. My mom inquired about the restroom location and the woman working there rudely rolled her eyes and made disrespectful comments after my mom walked away. When my sister and brother requested extra olives on their sandwiches (apparently the standard 6 olives was deemed enough), they were denied and met with further eye-rolling. The entitled attitude of the staff was extremely off-putting. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

The first time i went i ordered thru the app, and was having the most stressful day ever the girl who works here had my order perfect, which helped me out SO MUCH. I went last night and she did great once again!
