Kfc Taco Bell - Londonderry

Ordered 2 k9s and didn't get a biscuit in either. Also didn't get anything to eat my mashed potatoes with. I understand they might be busy but this stuff happens to much at this location along with long wait times. But the chicken tenders were fresh. And they were polite. Just need to double check before you leave the drive thru because they don't.

Forget trying to place a late-night chicken order. We traveled 30 min out of our way, I placed the order in advance and my card was charged so we thought it was all good as the location was open several hours after our order was placed. Got to the locationand waited in the drive through to be told that they couldn?t fulfill any chicken orders, Taco Bell only. Made me call the kfc1800 number to be refunded. 100% nonsense 0% chicken. 0/10 would not recommend. Only giving 1 star because zero is not anoption.

The person at the drive threw sounded fed up with life. I can get that, but I order a lot of food and got 6 packs of sauce of neither the flavors I asked. Then the food I actually got was not cooked to the normal standard. Like at all. The crunch wrapsupreme specifically was a huge disappointment. I have been to many across the country, this one is one of the bottom 5 I havebeen to... I will not recommend anyone to go. The two stars are only because I actually got what I ordered.

I get it, places are understaffed but there were four people working and my little two-item order took THIRTY TWO MINUTES. And it was totally wrong. I brought it up to complain that my veggie mexican pizza was slathered in beef and that the burrito wasrolled totally wrong. It was a square and the toppings were all on one end. He argued with me!!! So I said please give me arefund I?m not waiting another THIRTY TWO MINUTES. They refused to give a refund without the receipt. I explained that I handedhim the receipt when I got the order at the counter and again, he argued with me! I specifically handed him the receipt when Igot the order and he looked at me and said ?I don?t want that?. So I left it on the counter. Well, they adamantly refused therefund, so they have my ten bucks and I have no food. What a bunch of classless, irresponsible kids they were. I have been acustomer for 20 years so obviously just a bad day, but I would really like my ten bucks back. I?m at the full service restaurantnext door and the food came out in 5 minutes.

I went to get food around 10:30 pm and was behind two cars for 15 minutes. Not only was the women very rude over the speaker, but this is called fast food and I should be getting my food in under 5 minutes max. I overall waited for 20 minutes in thedrive thru line.
