By far my favorite dunkins! They are friendly, fast and always get my order right! Keep being awesome

They had to remake my coffee twice .why ? Can they not listen or read the ticket? Your wages are high your service should be alot better

Fast service for busy place excellent coffee and get orders for the most part, especially considering the not stop customer flow

Clean in and outside garbage could have been changed recently. Limited indoor kitchen. High chairs can be available. Wifi is. I ordered a latte and the $2 wrap offer. Both were okay. Facemask needed.

I was the first car in the drive-thru and placed my order first. The second car came after me, and then the third car’s coffee was made after the orders of both the first and second cars were completed. I thought the corporate policy was to avoid making the first car wait at the window for 10 minutes only to be asked again what their coffee order was, especially when I could see that other coffees for the customers behind me were being made. Is this a new rule since COVID hit?
