Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - London

I am completely at a loss for words, I just left, 48 mins after ordering. Family’s came in and ordered after me ate and left all while I waited like an idiot. Some how they completely lost my order, and while I approached the counter twice, first time being told I should be next then to wait another 12 mins and be told what was my order ? 48 it mins later and they told me sorry for the wait we included a free apple pie. I will never go back to this location again. Extremely disappointed

Tried the Popeyes New chicken sandwich and no regrets at all. Pair it with mac and cheese… (chef’s kiss)Their staff is also accommodating and welcoming.

Been here yesterday I just want to tell that the food is great with fast and excellent service. Staff are welcoming and extremely fast

Been coming here for 15 years. The girl taking orders at this location is a terrible employee and should learn how to charge people the right amount . I ask for no pickles and the employee charges me for the lettuce i substituded instead of the pickles. Why am i getting charged extra for the same amount of veggies? Teach your employees customer service please ......

Ordered 12 piece family meal. Was told it would be like 10 mins not enough chicken. No big deal at the 20 min mark I asked for my money back they still hadn't dropped the onion rings yet. Ended up at KFC In the same parking lot. Food was great! Guess I will have to get Popeyes when I get back to my hometown.
