Nandos - London

Since this location opened, it has been great service, and the food is as usual fantastic. I'm so happy that there is a location in London.The last visit to get take out, the staff member completely ignored me, walked passed me & greeted the people behind me...not knowing they were my family....so no tip given this visit. Please don't pretend you don't see me, when I am the one at the front of the "line" right in front of you. If you don't want to work with the public, this is not the job for you.Other than this episode, this is a great place to visit for lunch or dinner, I usually get take out.

We've tried a few times to have dinner at Nandos but the line up is always out the door each time we have tried. This time we arrived around 6:30pm on a Tuesday night. Finally got in without a problem. We loved the idea of ordering right at the cash and then picking up all your sauces and cutlery ourselves. The booth we were sat in was quite comfortable. I ordered the lemon and herb chicken and my boyfriend ordered the hot sauce. The lemon chicken did have a wee bite to as well. You also get to build your meal by adding whatever sides you want. We both went for fries and coleslaw. The coleslaw was really good and bigger than a sample you normally get at restaurants. Good fries. The chicken was excellent. No wonder there is always a line up. We will definitely be going back.

First time visit to this establishment, I enjoyed the food, very tasty and a pleasant change from the usual side order selection offered up in most places.I had no issues with the unusual ordering/seating system but can't see it going down well with most people.

Great atmosphere and food! My husband loves the chicken livers and peri-peri beans; I love the hot garlic chicken. One of the only places I can eat moist white chicken. Friendly staff too.

Had the opportunity to go to Nandos when in South Africa. I was quite disappointed by the size of the portions at this location and the overall service. I don't suspect I will return to this location in the future.
