East Side Mario's London Wellington

I have booked this restaurant before weeks only to show up and see that it was closed for renovations. So I was stuck on a Friday night to find an alternative restaurant to celebrate a birthday at 17:00. not pleased. a statement would have been very appreciated or a message that says that the restaurant does not take reservations for the time.

Well this location has been temporarily closed until further notice; and yet I was able to reserve a table for lunch today. Maybe the restaurant should have informed OpenTable and also post on their corporate website that this particular location is currently closed. This would avoid patrons from trying to visit this establishment and save them the time and hassle of discovering this inconvenience upon arriving to this location. Very disappointed.

We made a reservation for the wellington location and when we got there we found out it was closed. We scrambled to find something else nice for dinner before so we did not miss our evening event. Very disappointed that we could not have been alerted that this location is currently closed

It was friendly and delicious as always. I love that you can find favourites and know they won’t change. Great family restaurant

They didn't have our reservation when we arrived, manager indicated they didn't want to use open table anymore, yet open table is still has them on file... service poor food good
