フィードバックを提供するArby's is always my top choice when I'm in London. I've never been disappointed at my local Arby's. I actually can't wait for my next visit! I always order the double beef cheddar, curly fries, and a blueberry turnover for dessert.
The service was rude and slow, with teenagers who seemed indifferent to their jobs. On one occasion, I witnessed the two employees at the drive-thru using fake Indian accents while taking orders. When I reached out to Arby’s to express my concerns, their response was simply, "Oh, sorry." If you want quality Arby’s and better service, it’s a must to head across the border to the US.
The staff didn't seem to care if they had customers or not. No friendly welcome for sure. Good thing the food was good. Still, we won't go to that one again.
In the last week I have both taken an order to go and gone through the drive thru. The lady in drive thru was ignorant and should find another job where she doesn't need to deal with people or food, I left without ordering because how turned off I was from her behavior. The take out girl was kind, thorough and checked the food although the guy in the back wasn't doing things right and didn't care, she ended up going back to fix the order. The food quality has gone down hill lately.. not somewhere I will be returning any time soon.
Enter my local Arby 's ...Decent food if you 're out late at night and have a hankering for curly fries ..Prices are decent , location is clean, lots of parking and easy access to 401 .. not bad right ? WRONG ..Although the food and franchise themselves aren 't bad .. the service sucks... If you don 't mind getting a long sigh from a entitled Gen X 'r when your order is wrong or despite how many times you said I want the damn fries and they still don 't get make it right and wanna argue at the drive threw ...This is the definately place for you !!There 's more then enough attitude to go around and there 's 5 different employees to annoy you at any givin time during your order ..OH ARBYS ... find someone worth hiring or pay them enough to not destroy your franchise .. JUS SAYING ... ??
